My client is looking for an RA Supervisor to take up an initial 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the, supervision of a large RA team, working under the RA Manager.
Essential Skills and Experience required:
- Working knowledge within the NHS
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of computer systems
- Ability to discuss and explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Good presentation skills
- Punctual, reliable and self-motivated
- Willing to work flexible hours when necessary
- Experience of project implementation
- Able to monitor and appraise individual performance
You must hold a clean driving licence as work between sites will be involved.
