R&D Technician Job

FOOD TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pleasanton, California.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- R& D Food Technician Experience
- Recent Laboratory Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Conduct routine lab analysis such as PH, viscosity, theoretical alkalinity, weighing out raw materials
- Making batches if needed
- Organizing and/or executing stability programs
- Maintaining laboratory cleanliness and supplies
- Data entry/hand tabulation
- Scanning documents

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Recent experience in a laboratory setting
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Safety and detailed focused
- Experience with MS Word, Excel
- Proficient data entry skills
