R&D Engineer Hardware Design (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Support life cycle management activities, e.g. qualification of electronic components
-Analyze field failures and propose improvements
-Execute maintenance project, e.g. lead-free migration of existing designs
-Specify and develop analog and digital circuits for MV Drive applications with high reliability requirements
-Execute functional, environmental and EMC test
-Create technical documentation
-Close collaboration in a cross-functional environment
-Cooperation in a multinational, global work environment
-Close collaboration with other in-house and external control HW developers

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-University degree and at least 3 years of work experience in analogue and digital circuit design in an industrial environment
-Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and testing requirements
-Proficient in laboratory test setups
-Preferably knowledge of IPC standards
-Mandatory Zuken CR-5000 skills
-Preferably Mentor Graphics PADS skills
-Preferably SAP skills regarding PCBA development
-Excellent command of English, spoken and written, fluency in German a plus
