GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their small team of contractor Surveyors based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.

My client is an exclusive building contractor based in central London. They undertake a wide range of residential commissions, from small kitchen extensions and basement construction to full house refurbishments.

You will be:

- Degree qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying

You will require experience with the following:

- Working as a contractor, with exposure to projects in Residential Sectors is essential. In particular work within high-end residential developments

Your technical responsibilities will include:

- Cash flow management
- Contract admin and cost management
- Cost/Project Management and reporting
- Tender documentation
- Procurement of subcontractors and supplier packages
- Budget and cash-flow preparation
