This is a Contract role for 4-5 months.
The interview will take place in 6th February 2015.
- The person would be required to analyse NDR cost returns, prepare elemental cost breakdowns for all building types, using published cost data and professional experience, provide estimated build up of building elements, and compare various cost sources and complete cost reports for the use of the NDR cost guide.
- Experienced QS's (around 5 years) with a background in estimating.
- Preferably RICS qualified, although not essential.
- A QS who has experience in preparing analytical building costs and estimates with possibly some experience of development appraisal submissions.
