GCS is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with 5 + years' experience to join one of the leading Construction consultancies. My client is involved in the Gatwick airport framework involving multiple construction projects each up to the value of around £3million.
They are a global company with expertise in property and infrastructure professional services.
Experience in the following is essential:
- Extensive knowledge of NEC forms of contract
- Cost management
- Working and liaising with sub-contractors
- Value engineering
- Measuring bills of quantities
You must be qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and have previous experience working within Civils.
