Our Client is a Top 5 Main Contractor, with an extensive order book across the UK and internationally. Our client has an excellent reputation building local authority and central government frameworks, as well as educational, custodial, healthcare and community facilities.
The Opportunity
Our Client is looking for a freelance intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Construction team, to assist in the delivery of a prestigious £65m healthcare project within the heart of Birmingham. This position gives a great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be involved in an integral section of the monumental healthcare development.
The Requirements
The ideal Quantity Surveyor should:
* Have at least 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Have experience working on healthcare projects
* Come from a Main Contractor background
* Have relevant UK experience
* Be fully eligible to work in the UK
* Top 10 main contractor history extremely beneficial
