Projektbeschreibung

Quantity Surveyor required immediately for a 3 month contract based Central London in to work for a major Infrastructure Company. You will organise the balance of Employers & Contractors Change Control outstanding on the project and reporting into the CM lead. Prepare and action outstanding Sub-contract warranties. Assist and review Final Accounts with the Commercial Lead.

You will also be required to review

1.       Scaffolding

2.       Structural Steelwork

3.       Screeding

4.       Joinery

5.       Studio 5 - Staircase package
