Quality Systems & Compliance Training Administrator

POSITION PURPOSE:
Support training administration activities
Develop & implement strategy & mapping of job function curricula
Develop & implement training plans
Project manage trainingincluding the technical writing of those procedures.
Manage training projects utilizing project management methodology; including the management of training materials according to PharmSci policy.
Gain technical and scientific expertise necessary to effectively support and develop training and educational materials for PharmSci customers.
Manage training logistics and facilitate training as needed.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA in education or scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred
Technical knowledge of the LMS as well as Business Objects, SharePoint, InfoPath, WebEx, eLearning software and other systems PharmSci uses (eg GDMS, etc.).
SharePoint
Demonstrated training design, development, and implementation within the Pharmaceutical industry including instructional design, adult learning principles and curriculum design.
Experience with drug development, PharmSci, and GMP vs. non-GMP concepts.
Project and change management expertise, proven development and execution of project plans.
Ability to understand customer needs and assist with determining paths forward.
Uses critical thinking skills and sound judgment to assess training issues to proactively solve problems.
Knowledge of learning software and training delivery and design for a global audience.
Can work independently on assignments, self-identify areas to improve and take action to implement improvements.

SKILLS PREFERRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical writing experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple, highly complex or technical projects.
Proven consultation and customer service skills, assist with problem solving and resolution.
