Quality Specialist Automotive (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Complaint parts for in-house product parts AND customer parts
- Review the customer's error code, clarify open questions, process questions about the cause > cause analysis, analysis of the complaint parts, coordination with customers (a good standing with the customer is required)
- Receive defective product parts from the customer, then document them in SAP and carry out an internal error analysis or cause analysis
- Create a detailed 8D report, upload it to the customer portal and internally (SAP S4Hana)
- Accompany/support the local production team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Well-founded experience with electronic parts and of automotive experience
- OEM experience, best with BMW
- Well-founded quality experience
- Experience in creating 8D reports
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt advantageous - FMEA
-Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish advantageous
- Experience with projects in Mexico advantageous
