QUALITY SHOPPING ANALYST WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree or being currently enrolled in university in a relevant field
- Profound experience as a Quality Operations Analyst or Shopping Analyst
- Strong analytical and web research skills coupled with interest in online shopping and E-commerce
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, ANY OTHER LANGUAGE WOULD BE A BIG PLUS
YOUR TASKS:
- Improving the quality of E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
- Cooperating with engineering teams to improve data quality
- Developing and sharing practices for data quality investigation as well as analysis and tools to automate and optimize process workflow
- Fixing or reporting issues with provided tools to follow up with engineering teams
