Quality Officer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in North London to appoint an experienced Quality Officer to assist with a 3 month contract that is likely to be extended. They are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience in the housing sector.
The main purpose of the role is to develop existing procedures and implement new ones to help improve the quality management within the service
As well as working with staff on the creation of new policy and procedure content, you will contribute to data quality and performance management initiatives.
Objectives within the role
*Conduct or support training sessions relating to new procedures and practices as needed
*Quickly develop an understanding of the overall scope of the assignment and prepare a brief and plan
*Identify and assess the impact of various improvement initiatives on existing or required service procedures

Desired experience

*Experience of front line housing services (preferably within temporary accommodation)
*Excellent written, numeracy and communication skills as well as having good knowledge of word and excel.
