Quality Manager - Global Manufacturing Leader

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a market leading global manufacturer based in theEssexarea who are looking for a new Quality Manager to join the team. This is a well known and respected company with over 200 employees on site and over $7 billion in net sales last year so will present a great challenge and long term career prospects and opportunity. As Quality Manager you will head up a team of 11 and take a very hands- on approach to Quality out on the shop floor. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of Quality on site and be part of the Senior management team to drive the sites performance. We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers in the manufacturing industry. Ideally you will have lean/ six sigma/ continuous improvement skills, show good man management ability and most importantly a hands- on approach. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £45,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There is also a generous benefits package including contributory pension, private healthcare and bonus scheme.
