QUALITY MANAGER  - FRANCE (LYON)

1X QUALITY MANAGER - FRANCE (LYON) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France (Lyon).Fluent English and French language  along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:

- Collect Voice of customer ( VOC ) = interface with the customer, can manage workshops to define customer's needs and implement procedures, define engineering document etc.
- Define quality Standards (work together with project PM&IM )
- Responsible of quality installation level for Enterprise projects (wireless, Wireline)
- Ensure Huawei process compliancy and propose corrective action plans
- Technical support for customer and I&C subcontractor
- Support for Huawei's subcontractors.
- Check and validation of subcontractors' Site survey report and installation report including KPI definition and follow up
- Site installation & EHS audits, subcontractor Quality evaluation
- Set up, Manage and Update project documentation
- Participations in the internal meetings with customer and/or subcontractor Issue monthly report
- Huawei databases update.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Need to be able to work in English and in French language (Written and speaking)
- May need to travel on France territory (in that case, a valid driving license is mandatory as applicable for intervention on site with car transport)
- B1V Electrical enabling is mandatory
- Able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
