Quality Manager - Engineering Leader

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a leading a rapidly expanding engineering manufacturer based in the Cambridgeshire area who are looking for a new Quality Manager to join the team. This is a company that supply into a variety of industries including Aerospace, Automotive and Oil and Gas. They are also a business that is going from strength to strength and are a rapidly expanding success storey in the market. A new role for a Quality Manager has come available to manage quality on site which will include managing the ISO9001 system, auditing (internally and of suppliers) and some programme and project management. The company will be looking to gain the AS9100 accreditation next year so experience in this would be desirable but not essential. As the company grows this will present real opportunity for the person to grow within the position. We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers in the industry. Ideally you will have experience in ISO9001, auditing, supplier liaison and project or programme management skills. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £45,000 which is flexible dependant on the candidates skills and experience. There will also be a generous benefits package which includes a bonus scheme, private medical and life assurance.
