Quality Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join this well-known organisation where you will manage program activities, ensuring products and services meet internal/external requirements and customer expectations.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Support quality achievement and performance improvement, setting QA compliance objectives
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
- Work with development engineers to help identify and resolve software issues
- Oversee QA project plans, training, supervision and support of QA testers and of internal QA acceptance testing at each delivery milestone
- Gather and analyse performance data and charts against defined parameters and write technical reports
- Ensure tests and procedures are understood, carried out and evaluated

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Extensive experience in managing and coordinating activities in a major, complex business transformation program including Finance & HR transformation and SAP implementations
- Ability to provide detailed advice and direction to execute successful project reviews and evaluations with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in planning and controlling quality assurance projects containing multiple projects and/or third party activities
- Experience with successfully managing effective change control documentation and prepare informative impact analysis reports regarding cost, risk, quality and staffing
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
