Projektbeschreibung
QUALITY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - MALMO, SWEDEN WITH A Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business & Economics or equivalent for a 6 month contract.
MUST HAVE
- Six Sigma Green Belt experience
- Fluent oral and excellent written Swedish and English is a must.
- Good knowledge and experience of Quality standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000 a s o.
- Experience from auditions of standards is a must.
- Minimum 3 years experience from working with QM issues.
- Minimum 1 years experience of working in cooperation with classification authorities and/or customer audits.
- KAB generic Competences and Change Management experience
JOB
- You will arrange for support inside dedicated unit to ensure the boundary conditions for continuous and sustainable improvements of the process-quality.
- Follow up the development internally and externally (authorities,institutions/certificates) of quality issues. Analyse and assess information, trends and changes in requirement, keep relevant persons informed accordingly. Keep updated of quality systems and processes.
- Follow up the fulfillment/implementation of quality standards and all processes inside the unit and unit related projects. In cooperation with QM plan and execute audits and thereby identify variations/non-conformities and need for improvements. Inform/Support/advice line managers in the dedicated unit to develop and implement corrective actions if needed.
- Participate in project and line meetings and identify and define quality management issues related to the operations in the dedicated unit. Analyze and relate these issues to existing quality systems and processes. Prepare check lists and manuals.
- Together with the PQM, identify and communicate project requirements and issues related to quality system and all processes to line managers. Provide advice on fulfillment of these requirements to line managers in the dedicated unit.
- Reports regarding quality and process issues to the manager of Quality & Process development.
