Server Room Processing & Storage, Network Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Supplementary Services, End User Device Provisioning & Information Assurance

* Design & provide ANWI Services and O 4500 users; surge capacity for an additional 1500

Job Description
Perform technical leadership in ITIL Process Infrastructure development for Service Strategy, Service Design Service Transition, Service Operations and quality engineering management/QMS (SLAs/AQLs). Establish, implement and maintain CMMI/ITIL/ISO 20K, 27001, 9001 compliance, ensure proactive technical program health assessments, value added program reviews are proactively conducted within a closed loop action item process. Establish models and tools for quantitative performance measurements/SLA/AQL and evaluation/measuring of system, software development and test activities. Ensure establishment of leading indicators/early warning indicators, program performance measurements for all stages of program life cycle (design, development, CUT, integration, test) via objective assessment, measurement and analysis. Assist in preparation/conduct of Program Integrity reviews and start up activities; Manages the development and maintenance processes PEPs, SIAs, compliance Matrix, plans and procedures related to QMS process infrastructure. Collaborate with program on readiness for risk reviews/gap assessments/program execution customer reviews and audits. Strong ability to conduct deep dives, program reviews, risk reviews to resolve issues.

Required Skills
Strong quality engineering,
System and software engineering experience; Very experienced with measurement systems/leading indicators and SLA/AQLs. ITIL Foundations V3 Certified, BB Trained, Lean six sigma CSI on service program experience; CMMI L5/ISO 9001, Windows experience, Micro Office/Excel experience, Unix experience, Oracle experience, DoD Secret, OOA/OOD experience. Enterprise Dashboard, Quarterly Assessments, Deep Dive, Lessons Learned and root cause analysis experience; ability to adapt processes to a services model and right size them for the program;

Desired skills
Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Implementation for large scale IT systems; TS clearance;
CMMI Services L3 implementation experience;
Black Belt certified; Strong customer negotiation skills in SLAs/AQLs demonstrated on service programs. Chaired integrity review/risk reviews.

Typical Minimums
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
