Quality Engineer required for a leading manufacturer within the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities include internal and external auditing, maintaining, updating and generating management procedures and working instructions, generating non-conformance reports and liaising with suppliers and customers to provide competent and consistent support.

Daily tasks will include:

- Raisings NCR'S
- Compiling PPAPS for New Product Launches
- Customer / Supplier Interface for Quality Issues
- Planning and preparing FAIR's (PPAP, APQP)
- Control plans, PFMEA, Inspection reports and Key features reports for various customers
- Knowledge of NADCAP
- Knowledge and hands on experience of six sigma, TQM & TPM, Lean techniques.
- Completing 8D reports including detailed investigation to root causes
- Carrying out internal audits in line with requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000
