Quality Engagement Practitioner

My large Utility client requires a Quality Engagement Practitioner (QEP) to be a leading advocate of Quality and its application into SDLC activities and teams.

A key responsibility of the QEP is to quickly forge a mutually beneficial, productive, TQA-focused relationship with the embryonic project team in such a way that time, cost and quality of the project deliverables could be influenced in accordance to the specification of the Quality Service plan.

This will include Architects, Business Analysts, Project & Test Managers and other stakeholders across the Operating model life cycle.

The QEP will have extensive practical knowledge of Quality techniques and controls and actively monitors, measures and evaluates quality controls and toolsets in place for products, projects and services. They will constantly be monitoring for opportunities to lower costs by improving product and service quality.

Skills required:

Extensive Quality Management/Quality Assurance experience
Experience in quality system audits
Experience in all aspects of a project life cycle and different project methodologies
Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, ISO and other QA standards tools to implement quality improvements
Passion for working in a values based company in alignment with a learning organisation
