Jake Phillips is recruiting for a QUALITY CONTROL TEAM LEADER to work on a 12 month contract with a global pharmaceutical company based at their Bristol location.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The main responsibilities will include:

- Manage a team of analysts who are responsible for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates and pure API
- Working in an operational laboratory based role
- Conduct performance management reviews
- Provide advice and guidance in interpreting GLP guidelines
- Carrying out routine Quality Control duties

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

The successful applicant will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

- Scientific or related degree
- Management experience
- Experience of using chromatography data capture system
- LIMS
- Wet analysis experience
- Ability to work in collaboration with another team leader
- Strong communication skills
