Quality Control Analyst Job

QUALITY CONTROL (QC) ANALYST III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Raleigh, NC

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Sample management
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- QC GMP Lab

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the stability and QC sample management group
- Assist in response to BAS alarms and documentation in AIM's system, including root cause determination and resolution.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of all QCSM equipment PM's and CM's.
- Assist in distribution of all samples destined for various QC labs on 24/7 basis (Stability, Bulk, CV, FIO, Fill Finish, M356, MF59, EM/UM, TD special projects, etc.). Total QCSM throughput averages over 450 samples per month and is forecasted to increase with Bulk, Fill Finish, and Pilot Plant operations coming online.
- Support third party contract lab shipping of QC samples.
- Support for timely and effective investigation of area DR's.
- Perform aliquoting activities for all stability time point pulls.
- Responsible for ordering and inventory control for glassware and sterile supply to the various QC labs.
- Responsible for the preparation of all stability containers including autoclave and part wash
- Support entering all required data into LIMS (materials, projects, products, testing)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree in Chemistry
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in sample collection/distribution/testing/shipment
- Experience using LIMS, and electronic document systems
