Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary:

A Fixed term contract position for Quality Control Analyst - competitive salary on offer. Experience of Quality Control (QC), GLP and COA.
Requirements:

Job Accountabilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of QC & Analytical Develop
Working as part of the Quality Control & Analytical Development department

Job Content:

Check and respond to emails.
Responsible for testing of (in-house & outside) drug products and raw materials as per the established method.
Responsible for preparation, release and approval of specification, COA and Method of Analysis for drug product, drug substance and raw material.
Responsible for planning & conducting stability studies and evaluation of stability data of routine drug products.
Responsible for sampling of production component, drug substance and raw material for in-house and outside analysis.
Sampling and analysis of water samples.
Responsible for testing and release of production components.
Responsible for monitoring of calibration, validation, CLIENT and preventive maintenance of all analytical instruments as per the master schedule.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of GLP in quality control laboratory.
Responsible for the preparedness of analytical research department for external customer visits & regulatory agencies audits.
Responsible for archiving and management of quality control laboratory analysis raw data, COA, specification, SOP's etc.
Responsible for the preparation of SOP's related with QC.
Responsible for the preparation of APQR on annual basis.
Responsible to conduct training to new employee and evaluation.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Must have 18 months experience in a similar role preferably.
