Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a QA TESTER to join our client in Bridgewater, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and validate test cases based upon the system requirements
- Identify and document defects when performing test execution
- Ensure test scripts exercise all of the functions of the system
- Provide project team members with progress of test status along with a final report of results when testing is completed
- Manage and control the changes process throughout the testing cycle
- Work closely the development teams to determine the best methods for validating the requirements and establishing readiness for testing

Job Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE TO FIVE (3-5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF CREATING automation scripts using the HP's Mercury Tools suite
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in testing applications in a Microsoft Operating Systems environment
- MUST HAVE THREE TO FIVE (3-5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH HP QUALITY CENTER
- MUST HAVE FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH HP QUICKTEST PRO
- Must have good communication skills
- Test Suite: Quality Center and QuickTest Pro (No replacement tools accepted)
- Should have an understanding how to create modular software

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Win 7 OS and MS Office is desirable
