The Role:

The Quality Assurance Officer will be working within the Quality Assurance department to ensure that the products that the Company provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. This is a key role in ensuring that the quality system is functioning properly and being the key support in liaising with internal and external clients.

Ensuring material (finished goods) receipt checking the same with respect to the approved specification for release.
Review BMR/BPR before QP release.
Basic working knowledge of GMP/GDP related activities for non-sterile solid dosage formulations.
Preparation of Annual Quality Review with trends for non-sterile solid dosage formulations.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure.
Working knowledge pertaining to execution of change control, deviation and CAPA.
Coordinating with contract manufacturing sites as and when required.
Basic knowledge of QMS and clean room facility.
General Administration work related to the Quality Assurance activities and managing all external and internal communication activities.
Other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Quality Assurance.

The Candidate:

A minimum of one year experience of working in quality assurance.
Experience of working within a Pharmaceutical industry.
Have an understanding of the Quality Assurance activities.
Strong IT skills (proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook).
Extremely organised to deal with a variety of projects and able to prioritise conflicting demands.
High level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects to strict on-going deadlines.
The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to assimilate data from a wide range of scientific areas.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
