My client is a large NHS acute trust in Greater London who have a 6 week requirement for a senior nurse to help clear a back-log of complaints.
The role of quality assurance nurse involves working with the hospitals complaints process to clear a back-log and looking at governance procedures to try and identify problem areas.
As a floating resource to the nursing team you will work closely with ward matrons and charge nurses to ensure that they have the appropriate knowledge and training to ensure complaints are being handled in the correct way.
Candidates must be a registered NMC nurse and have hands-on experience of NHS hospitals complaints procedures and governance structure at ward level.
