Quality Assurance Analyst
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- MIN 3Y EXPERIENCE IN A QUALITY-FOCUSSED ROLE SUCH AS QUALITY ASSURANCE OR AUDIT; PMO OR TESTING
- MIN 5Y EXPERIENCE IN A LEAD ROLE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT OR PROJECT DELIVERY
- EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT, ABILITY TO RUN SEVERAL COMPLEX TASKS IN PARALLEL
- STRONG DIPLOMATIC COMMUNICATION
- EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT METHODOLOGIES (SCRUM/AGILE/WATERFALL)
- CONFIDENCE TO CHALLENGE ON RELATED ASPECTS
- GOOD REPORT-WRITING SKILLS; ABILITY TO PROVIDE WRITTEN REPORTS THAT DELIVER REQUIRED MESSAGES UNEQUIVOCALLY
ROLE:
- Support 3 or 4 projects and perform extended Quality assessment (ie assessment not only on processes but also on content) and will provide an overall evaluation of the quality of the projects covering items such as: Planning, Cost Management, Deliverables Management, Stakeholders Management, Risks and Issues Management, Change Management, Benefits Management)
- Support and challenge the Project Leaders defining their action plan to close the observed quality gaps and develop further their competencies
- Advise Project Leaders on the various Project management best practices
- Provide support/lead the analysis of transversal issues related to project and delivery management processes
- Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System - LEAN working: ensure that the LEAN practices become the way of working within the team - Post project performance reporting, capturing management information related to budget, schedule, productivity and quality
GENERIC SKILLS:
-Ability to collaborate effectively; working closely with other stakeholders (such as Internal Audit and Risk Management)
- Ability to develop and sell best practices, you can engage and influence Project Leaders
- Organize/accomplish work efficiently and autonomously, seeking advice/support and escalating when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to present difficult messages to all levels of the organization and convincing style
- Cultural openness and adaptability; you are pragmatic and have the capacity to keep things simple
-Languages: English is a must.
NOTE:
STRONG TESTING PROFILES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ALSO HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, AUDIT, RISK, PMO
