Quality Assurance Analyst

PROVISIONING SPECIALIST/QUALITY ANALYST

As a Provisioning Specialist you are responsible for performing data checks, receiving inbound calls, and processing orders made by our call center staff throughout the company to ensure client quality standards are being met. As a Quality Analyst you are responsible for evaluating calls made throughout our company to ensure the call center staff are following proper Quality guidelines.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Excellent listening skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Works independently
Maintains excellent attendance
Professional/Communicates well with supervisors
Must pass Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test
Must be flexible
Must be able to work night shifts and Saturdays 12pm-9pm
