Job Description

Summary of Role
To work as part of the Customer Services team, ensuring the consistent delivery of service
performance by producing insightful management information

Key Responsibilities
· Produce accurate, relevant well presented management information
· Complete monthly quality reviews and analysis for all Customer Services operational
teams
· Actively build strong relationships with operational teams
· Assist line manager in collection and analysis of data
· Responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive and outstanding experience each
and every time you are in contact with them
· Actively participate and work towards meeting agreed team and individual targets
· Ensure you actively remain up-to-date on Simplyhealth products and services
· Have a general understanding of the healthcare market and our competitors
· Continually champion the Simplyhealth values and standards, positively acting as a role
model at all times
· Take personal responsibility for following established departmental and company
procedures and, where identified, communicating to your line manager any ideas for
improvements or changes

· External customers

Work Arrangements
· This role will be worked on a flexible shift basis and include some weekends
