- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field
- 3 - 5 years of experience performing quality assurance or testing activities.
- Must have experience creating test cases from business and functional requirements.
- Must be proficient in software testing techniques, methodologies and defect management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build test plans, test cases and test scripts.
- Must possess experience testing web-based applications.
- Must be able to identify, communicate and track issues to closure.
- In-depth knowledge working with Quality Center or products in Mercury's Interactive testing suite.
- Must be able to prepare, maintain, execute and document test cases and scripts in a proficient manner.
- Experience in creating scripts in order to automate the testing process.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Must possess a 2 year or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
