Qualified Social Worker - Children and Families

Our Client in the South West requires a Qualified Social Worker to join their Child Protection and Initial Assessment Team.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of:
Working with a multi complex caseload, Front line child protection,Completing initial and core assessments, Understanding of framework requirements, Court Work and Court reports, Home visits, Working on positive outcomes, Working with other social care professionals.

The client has requested that any candidates applying for this role must have a minimum of 12 months practice experience. This is a busy team and they require people with the capability to hit the ground running. An understanding of the complexities surrounds child protection is essential. Use and experience of using social work management systems is also an advantage.
