QRM/ALM DELIVERY LEAD

An excellent opportunity has become available for a QRM/ALM Delivery Lead to assume an initial 6 month initial contract based in London, Canary Wharf.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the role is to lead the implementation of the QRM model for France and Italy, within the overall QRM Programme for a large financial services organisation.

THE SUCCESSFUL QRM/ALM DELIVERY LEAD WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Work closely with the in-country Product and Finance teams to obtain detailed knowledge of products to ensure product characteristics can be effectively modelled. Deliverables include Product Catalogue and behavioural log
- Provide SME resource to data teams as key contact on all issues with modelling requirements
- Work closely with in country teams to produce current state analysis including business requirements to meet local reporting requirements.  Ensure requirements are robust from a future proofing perspective
- Develop QRM model in line with central modelling team requirements
- Deliver programme of testing
- Liaise closely with GMR to ensure model sign off
- Provide point of contact for Op Model design and implementation

THE SUCCESSFUL QRM/ALM DELIVERY LEAD MUST HAVE:

- Strong ALM experience including risk metrics and how they are calculated
- QRM modelling experience
- Banking experience gained within balance sheet modelling
- Strong knowledge of retail products
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working in a Matrix environment with individuals from multiple disciplines
- Delivery focussed with a drive for results
