QM Solution Specialist

We are searching for a QM SOLUTION SPECIALIST, for our client, a world renowned multination based in the Vaud Region of Switzerland. 

The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience of the SAP solution in QM area.

QM under this company program is covering: 

- Quality management in Supply Chain (including Retail side)
- Consumer feedback management (capturing, analysing, improving based on Consumer feedback)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

UNDERSTAND & ANALYZE THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS TO EVALUATE HOW TO ADAPT IN A BEST WAY SAP SOLUTION

- Translate business requirements into solution SPECIFIC DETAILED  DESIGNS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or  modules

MANAGE ALL DESIGN, BUILD & TEST RELATED ACTIVITIES IN ALL PHASES OF THE PROJECT

- Define, document and execute CONFIGURATION SPECIFICATIONS
- Define and document FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS 
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute DETAILED TEST SCRIPTS

EXECUTION OF TEST SCRIPTS in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams

Key Skills

- Strong SAP experience
- Hands on solution (system) experience in SAP QM-QN and SAP CRM
