Definition(prototyping), creation and analysis of recurrent indicators and dashboard with the management and for the management to evaluate the performance, the quality and the risk (operational) of the E2E Operations organization and the E2E process.

In this context we have to create, adapt and upgrade existing Qlikview reports to align the dashboard with the new organization of E2E Operations and the strategy of the department.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

- Create, adapt and upgrade Qlikview dashboard for the department E2E Operations
- Adapt BIRD (PQRS Integrated Reporting for the Management of E2E OPS) with the new organisation
- KPI's on E2E process for Payments, Channels enterprises, Invest, Credits Mortgages, Channels Individuals
- Technological evolution: Evolution of existing reports following the evolution and the implementation of new reporting tools in the bank.

TASKS:

- Definition of indicators and dashboard requests
- In collaboration with data owners search and specify needed data sources
- Data Model creation in Qlikview
- Representation of dashboard and KPI's in Qlikview

LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT:

- French OR Dutch
- English

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience 5 years of experience in Qlikview
- Mandatory Qlikview Certification
- Business Objects, SAS
- Other projects in the banking world
- Team player
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Good Communication and Influencing skills
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
