QA Test Manager - ECM (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Leading test meetings to coordinate with the rest of the project team
-Coordinating overall test progress and reporting test results as required by project management
-Populating correct information of defects in Jira and linking them to test cases
-Managing and coordinating defect tracking process, together with the vendor
-Ensuring the relevant team is assigned to fix identified bugs
-Providing CCEP feedback during sign-off process of each of the tests performed
-Providing Test-user accounts as required
-Closing test sessions

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Expert knowledge of the relevant technologies for the programme: OpenText, ServiceNow (Defect Management), TestRail, Jira and Confluence
-Experience with thesupport across the ECM- Enterprise Content Management
-Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish, French and German are beneficial
-Experience in managing delivery quality in relevant organizational structures (e.g. a centre of excellence for Salesforce.com, SAP or related)
-Experience in leading project and testing teams and development resources
-Demonstrated experience in working in a team and driving delivery of projects in an international environment
-Extended experience with agile implementation methodologies
-Expert knowledge and understanding of software development and testing methodologies
-Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning and coordination of programmes across different projects
-General IT experience (Operation and Management Service)
