QA/Senior File Review

Our client is a large professional services firm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for experienced Senior File Reviewers to undertake the assessment of initial reviewers' decisions on complaints relating to the sale of Interest Rate Hedging Products/IRD, working within a team to not only promote high quality performance but also consistency of approach.

This will include a focus on the more subjective high risk areas and will also require the individual to escalate risk related issues and contentious decisions to the Senior File Review Team Leader.

The Senior File Reviewers will also be responsible for the identification of development needs within teams and providing clear and concise feedback in order to improve performance.

THE CANDIDATE

The candidate will have solid previous experience within Quality Assurance on the review of complex products such as complex investments, pensions or endowments and ideally have some exposure to derivatives.

A background in trading, broking or as an IFA is also preferable. A high capacity for attention to detail and problem solving will be key to this role; complimented by strong communication skills, both written and verbally. The candidate should also be confident in working in high pressure, target driven environments.
