QA/QC Adviser

Please see the following information about the position:

* Develop a practical guide to the processes and expectations for Quality Management and drive element 6.4 of Operating Management System
* Establish and ensure compliance with the Brownfield Quality Management System
* Promote a common language and process to guide an integrated multi-discipline team working
* Implement risk based quality programmes covering the complete supply chain from design, and modification, through operation and inspection.
* Contributes to and learns from others in Global Function through Extended Leadership Team in Quality Management
* Determines quality objectives for Engineering Services
* Responsible for audit procedures required to self-verify the work undertaken by Engineering Services
* Recommend and manage quality metrics to drive excellence in regional team performance

My client is looking for the following skill sets:

Significant experience in engineering and quality functions in oil, gas, chemical industry
* Demonstrated experience in supervisory positions
* Strong health, safety, security, and environmental commitment
* Excellent understanding of Quality Management principles and practices
* Experience with formal stage gate processes
* Experience supervising and leading use of advanced quality tools and auditing processes
* Experience with international quality standards such as ISO29001, ISO9001, and API Q1
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with project quality programs
* Strong project management skills coupled with good commercial awareness
* Self-motivated, high initiative & strong influencing skills
* Experience working in a global and cross functional team environment
* Demonstrated Ability to think critically to support management
* Strong team building skills - actively promotes a positive team environment to deliver results
