QA Performance Tester

Job Description:

1.. Strong expertise in Gathering Non-functional Requirements (NFRs)

2. Solid Middleware performance testing & analysis experience (preferably IBM WebSphere ESB - WMB, DataPower, MQ, FTE)

3. Strong Performance Test Scripting, Execution, Monitoring and Analysis skills using HP products

4. Solid Communication skills and presentations skills to tech and non-tech audience

Skill and Experience Details:

Performance Test Engineering- Experience in analysing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration

Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like Open STA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc.

Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro

etc.

Application Testing- Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

LoadRunner- Experience in LoadRunner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module. Demonstrate experience in analysis of results, identification of bottlenecks and recommendation of solutions
