QA Operations Specialist (in Plant)

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Responding to Operational Issues in order to prevent deviations

Approving planned and unplanned deviations and monitoring steps within the batch production records

Following all given policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance

Working cross functionally to ensure Manufacturing, QA Operations, and various other teams are working together to support compliance

Responsible for the Logbook Review and working on the Manufacturing Floor Batch Production

Interpreting and using your current GMP regulation knowledge to resolve any potential events

Attending critical processing activities when possible such as Bulk Fill and Downstream filtration steps

Requirements Include:

BA or BS in Biology or Chemistry is preferred

Understanding cell culture, protein purification, lab processes, validation, and the general biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Ability to visit each of the Manufacturing sites and work with Manufacturing Managers
