QA Manager
Randstad Professionals is actively looking for an English and German speaking QA Manager to join their client in Bern, Switzerland. The project would start immediately and last 12 months.
As a QA Manager, you will be responsible to make sure all products, systems and facilities are in line with the cGMP requirements and regulatory authorities.
Together with your surrounding team, you will be able to support operations and development with cGMP guidance on all strategic decisions.
Essential responsibilities include the reviewing of different elements (RAW MATERIALS, LOCAL CHANGE CONTROLS, RELEASE PACKAGES, ETC...) In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a motivated and strong team, but also of an innovative and unique project. You will be able to extend your network across the company and connect with other QA specialists in their field. This role will allow you to improve your communication abilities and negotiation skills, as you will communicate with different stakeholders in the company.
The QA Manager I'm looking for should have PROFOUND EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY ASSURANCE of biological OR pharmaceutical products according to cGMP requirements. Ideally you will also have a KNOW-HOW OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND EXPERIENCE WITH INSPECTION.
