QA Engineer Job

DEVICE FIRMWARE QA ENGINEERneeded for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CUPERTINO, CA.

- Quality Assurance
- Testing
- Embedded products

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Test hardware solution from a customer first approach
- Drive the test development and execution for current release including but not limited to test case development, triages, test passes, and milestone exit reviews
- Participating in the planning, development and testing of key application features

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Five (5) plus years of Embedded products QA
- Excellent understanding QA process and Agile methodologies
- Ability to test many mobile functional areas (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, power, USB, SD card, HDMI, Display)
- Exceptional ability to debug on Android, iOS platforms running on mobile devices
- Fluency and expertise in one more Scripting languages like Perl or Python
