My client is looking for a proactive and motivated engineer to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the Development & Product team to establish proper processes and the necessary infrastructure to achieve good automated test coverage and good QA practices.

You will be responsible for building advanced automated suites and working with the development team to automate testing. You will also be required to analyse and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test the system.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar field.
- Strong experience in development and/or test automation environment
- Experience in BDD is a plus
- Ability to code! Android and/or iOS
- Be driven to get results and not let anything get in your way
- Be proactive and anticipate/handle most issues before they blowup
- In order to be considered for this role you must possess strong leadership skills as demonstrated in previous roles.
- You will be a self-starter who has extensive knowledge of implementing QA processes and is a hands on leader who can demonstrate by example when needed.
- It is imperative that you have strong verbal and written communication skills in order to engage with various stakeholders in the business.
- Exhibit independence and ability to determine a path towards a team and execute on that plan. Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep abreast of the latest technologies
