Q6 - Heathrow

I hope that you are well! I wanted to hear your thoughts on the below Project controls contract position, this will be an initial 6 month contract but will develop in to a far longer term agreement. Ideally it would be an immediate start and it will be on a day rate basis (please advise of your requirement due to market conditions) but I would expect £400+/day * 5+ years planning experience ideally Baggage Handling, M&E and IT systems and is involved in a variety of work at Heathrow & Gatwick Airport including baggage handling * Strong and demonstrable experience of implementing project control procedures * Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing project controls systems on major projects * Integrating projects' parameters in terms of time, cost, data and documents * Hands on management of a small team * Experience of tender & live projects * Client facing role with excellent communication skills * Contractually savvy of NEC form of contract * Proficient with Primavera P6 * Strong Earned Value Analysis * Cost and risk management experience * Ideally have M&E and/or IT systems experience * Tender & live project experience * Main/sub contractor background * Robust and confident personality * Have a UK Drivers License * Eligible to work in the UK/EU * A construction or engineering degree would be advantageous * Previous airport experience is essential for this role Please do let me know your thoughts!
