Python/Django Developer

Voor een goede klant van mij ben ik opzoek naar een Python/ Django developer.

Beschrijving:
The Python/Django developer will act as an up to speed team member in order to get the new application as soon as possible live. The existing developers in the team are the brains behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of the application. The functional and technical design are already in place, as well as the HTML/CSS/Javascript, but there is much Python/Django development work to do to complete the backend.
They need a fast programming developer to speed up the deadline of this project.

Working relationships
* Software architect
* Product manager
* Scrum master
* 2 senior Python/Django developers
* 3 developers who are new to Python/Django

Responsibilities
* Builds backend functionality in line with the chosen architectural solution

Skills and Qualifications
* Very experienced Python/Django developer
* Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
* Steep learning curve to understand the architecture and the functional domain knowledge of the application
* Strong estimating and risk assessment skills

General Skills (non-technical)
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty
* Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
* Drives for results

Experience Required
* Experience in software development projects of high traffic sites
* Experience in software development in Python/Django
* Preference for Native Dutch language skills
