Python Developer

Consol Partners are looking for a Python Developer to work with our client, a government department based in Central London.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Python Developer to work with our client to contribute to the development of an internal app for staff and services to create, build and edit their own performance dashboards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Will possess the ability to quickly learn and understand new programming technologies and techniques.
- Will be a proven problem-solver.
- Will have an understanding of a range of different software design principles.
- A good understanding of Agile environments.
- Experience of testing in order to validate solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and debug in order to solve production issues
- Experience with content delivery networks (CDN'S)
- Experience with a range of technologies used for web applications such as databases, backups and searches
- Experience with Linux/Mac OS
- Experience mentoring/training junior members of staff is also desirable but not essential.

THE CONTRACT:

- 6 month contract
- £400-£450 Per Day
- Working onsite in Central London.
