Pylon Maintenance Manager

Our client, active in the Telecom domain, is actively looking for a Pylon Maintenance Manager!

Duration: Very long term
Contract: freelance or permanent
Location: Evere (Brussels)

Scope:

In charge of the maintenance of the Belgium parc pylons (must understand into details how a pylon must be built)
Coordination of partners (study office
Is able to define the maintenance program for the whole Belgium of those pylons;
Is able to negotiate with the partners, especially with the main partner when the pylons must be sent back to guarantee;
Can provide with specific report about the progress, type of issue and elaborate a future plan (will create Excel files and present Powerpoints to management)
Is able to follow and build a budget of around 1 million EUR;
Understand and can read a stability study;
Is able to calculate an SLA.

No going on site

Education/languages/skills:

Preferably with an architect/civil engineer background;
Knowledge of a Pylon's structure (material, supporting structure, pylonnists, bolts, concrete slab, stability study, fenceetc.)
Has an excellent knowledge of Excel and can make very good presentation with Powerpoint;
Speaks French or Dutch and English (written communication and presentations being in English)
Is a team player;
Is able to work in a stressful and complex environment;
Had an excellent expertise in the telecom industry;
Decision maker, act with a lot of autonomy.
