Purchasing and Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Lead factory sourcing activities with the target of supporting the business objectives by optimizing costs, cash, quality and reliability of suppliers and supplied products
-Sourcing strategy: Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and regional/global Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) strategy to ensure that factory supplier base has the ability to meet current and future business requirements
-Ensure all internal stakeholders understand strategies and execute processes accordingly
-Under supervision of the Hub SCM, ensure alignment between local SCM activities and regional category leaders and SCM centers
-Run sourcing projects
-Process: In accordance with Group SCM guidelines and local division/business unit objectives, continuously revise the product cost structure, find improvement initiatives and implement programs to drive improvement in cost, quality and delivery (on-time and on-quantity)
-Procurement: Manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending and savings forecasts
-Supply Performance: Monitor and measure the performance of supply chain management processes and activities
-Supplier agreements: Leverage CIPS category teams locally, regionally and globally to ensure appropriate supplier selection and to benefit of category-led suppliers agreements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain or similar education
-Practical experience in the implementation of warehouse optimization projects advantageous
-In-depth knowledge of intralogistics / warehouse logistics desirable
-Experience in change and project management desired
-Secure SAP knowledge is beneficial
