We currently have an urgent requirement for a Purchasing Administrator.

This role is in Cambridge and we required candidates that are immediately available and able to start Monday 16th March.

Job Description

*Responsible for delivery of day-to-day performance of the Procurement Helpdesk on SRM Shopping Cart and Catalog Purchase
*Provide guidance and instruction to internal customers to aid in SRM Shopping Cart submission leading to Purchase Order creation and troubleshoot errors or hard stop
*Provide guidance on Pcard expense reporting and vendor qualification/change management
*Responsible to ensure that internal customers are provided with an excellent customer service and that relevant information is provided at all times.

Job Requirements

*Must have relevant work experience in a Purchasing, Billing or Accounts Payable administrative role.
*Must have strong computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
*Excellent customer service & communication skills
