You will need to be a highly experienced Private secretary and be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
- Review, update and manage schedule for Director - confirm attendees and manage the agenda and logistics of meetings, including customer and partner meetings.
- Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of briefing information for meetings as required
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the Director
- Communicate routinely to manager's direct reports to ensure transparency and communication within team
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
