Ideally, they are looking for an Business Case Manager with experience working with Business cases with Project Manager qualifications. The person thus should have excellent written and oral communications skills, capable for presenting complexity in a precise and focused narrative.
You will be initially bearing responsibility for the completion of the business case including supporting annexes and subsequently for compiling statements of work to underpin the award of support contracts.
